5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods and Minimums

The minimum deposit amount via mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳200. Minimum deposit amounts for bank card and bank transfer methods may differ and are displayed at the time of deposit.

Deposits are credited to your dh999 balance upon confirmed receipt. Mobile wallet deposits (bKash, Nagad) are typically instant. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing times. dh999 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to identity verification. Before any withdrawal is processed, dh999 may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by providing proof of identity and proof of payment method ownership.

• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically completed within 1–3 hours during BST (UTC+6) operating hours.

Where bonus abuse is identified, dh999 reserves the right to void bonuses, reverse winnings derived from abusive play, and permanently close the accounts concerned.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on dh999 are subject to the rules of the individual game or betting market concerned. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand the rules of the relevant game or market and accept the applicable odds, pay-tables, or return percentages displayed at the time of wagering. Bets placed in error are not refundable unless expressly stated in the applicable game or market rules.

dh999 reserves the right to void any bet where it is placed on an event whose outcome has already been determined at the time the bet was accepted, where the bet was placed on erroneously displayed odds, or where dh999 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the bet forms part of an attempt to defraud the platform or exploit a technical error.

7.2 Cricket Betting Rules

Cricket betting markets on dh999 cover BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures. Pre-match odds are published in advance of the scheduled start time. In-play (live) betting markets open once a match commences and are subject to rapid price changes reflecting real-time match events.

• If a match is abandoned before the minimum number of overs required for a result (per the applicable competition rules) have been completed, most pre-match markets will be voided unless otherwise stated.
• In-play bets placed during technical interruptions or score delays are accepted at dh999's discretion and may be voided if confirmed data was not available at the time of acceptance.

11. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12. Amendments and Termination

12.1 Amendments

dh999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, dh999 will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice to registered players via the contact details held on their account. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the dh999 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

12.2 Termination by dh999

dh999 may terminate or suspend your account and your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months, or where continued operation of your account would expose dh999 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Upon termination for breach, dh999 reserves the right to retain any funds in your account that are attributable to the breach, including bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct, pending investigation and resolution. Funds not attributable to any breach will be returned to your registered payment method following the standard withdrawal process.

12.3 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which dh999 operates. By using the dh999 platform, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts competent to hear disputes relating to the platform's operation. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the agreement, which shall continue in full force and effect.

12.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and dh999 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature between you and dh999 relating to the same subject matter.
